Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using AH Sniper ("the mod"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the mod.

2. License

AH Sniper is provided free of charge for personal use. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the mod for personal entertainment purposes. You may not:

• Redistribute, resell, or charge others for access to AH Sniper
• Decompile, reverse engineer, or modify the mod files
• Remove or alter any copyright or attribution notices
• Use the mod to develop competing products

3. Use at Your Own Risk

AH Sniper is a Minecraft mod that interacts with the Hypixel Network. Use of this mod is entirely at your own risk. You acknowledge that:

• Using mods may violate the Hypixel Network Rules and/or Minecraft's End User License Agreement
• Your Minecraft or Hypixel account may be suspended, banned, or penalised as a result of using this mod
• AH Sniper makes no guarantee that use of the mod will go undetected by anti-cheat systems
• The developers are not responsible for any account action taken against you

4. No Warranty

AH Sniper is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We make no representations or warranties regarding the mod's fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or freedom from defects.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developers of AH Sniper shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the mod, including but not limited to: game account bans, loss of in-game currency or items, data loss, or damage to your system.

6. Third-Party Services

AH Sniper connects to the Hypixel Public API and, optionally, Discord webhooks configured by you. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms and policies. AH Sniper is not responsible for any changes, outages, or data handling by Hypixel, Discord, or Mojang.

7. Updates

We may update AH Sniper and these Terms at any time without notice. Continued use of the mod after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We recommend always using the latest version.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to discontinue AH Sniper at any time. Your right to use the mod is automatically terminated if you violate these Terms.

9. Not Affiliated with Hypixel or Mojang

AH Sniper is an independent, unofficial mod. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by Hypixel Studios or Mojang Studios. Minecraft® is a registered trademark of Mojang Studios. Hypixel® is a registered trademark of Hypixel Studios.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable jurisdiction.
